以山西典型高铝煤为研究对象,研究了工业助熔剂石灰石、黏土以及两者的复合助熔剂对其灰熔融特性及黏温特性的影响。结果表明,随着助熔剂含量的增加,煤灰熔融流动温度下降;石灰石的助熔效果优于黏土,复合助熔剂效果优于单一助熔剂。添加石灰石使灰渣临界黏度温度tcv显著降低,添加黏土使其渣型向玻璃渣转变,复合助熔剂较单一助熔剂存在显著协同作用,即能同时实现tcv的降低和渣型的有利转变。对山西典型高铝煤两渡煤,在复合助熔剂添加量为4%(2%石灰石+2%黏土)时,不仅其渣型向玻璃渣转变,且tcv较单独添加石灰石(2%)降低133℃,较单独添加黏土(6%)降低222℃。矿物质分析结果证实了助熔剂的助熔原理。添加复合助熔剂改性的山西高铝煤可达到工业气流床气化对煤种的要求。  相似文献

The effects of strain rate and deformation temperature on the deformation behaviors of polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) were studied by uniaxial tensile tests with the temperature range of 23–150 °C and strain rate of 0.01–1 s−1. The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on the hot tensile deformation behavior and fracture characteristics were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and discussed in detail. SEM experimental results suggest that fracture morphology is not strain rate sensitive but temperature sensitive. Based on the tensile results, the Johnson-Cook and modified Johnson-Cook constitutive models were established for PEEK. Furthermore, a comparative study has been made on the accuracy and effectiveness of the developed models to predict the flow stress. The results show that the original Johnson-Cook model reflects the deformation behavior more accurately throughout the entire test temperature and strain rate range under uniaxial tensile conditions.  相似文献

We provide a model where u(κ)<2κ for a supercompact cardinal κ. [10] provides a sketch of how to obtain such a model by modifying the construction in [6]. We provide here a complete proof using a different modification of [6] and further study the values of other natural generalizations of classical cardinal characteristics in our model. E. coli O157:H7 is a pathogenic bacterium producing verotoxins that could lead to serious complications such as hemolytic uremia syndrome. Fast detection of such pathogens is important. For rapid detection, aptamers are quickly gaining traction as alternative biorecognition molecules besides conventional antibodies. Several DNA aptamers have been selected for E. coli O157:H7. Nonetheless, there has not been a comparative study of the binding characteristics of these aptamers. In this work, we present a comprehensive analysis of binding characteristics including binding affinity (Kd) and binding capacity (Bmax) of DNA-based aptamers for E. coli O157:H7 using qPCR. Our results show that aptamer E18R has the highest binding capacity to E. coli 157:H7 and the highest specificity over non-pathogenic E. coli strains K12 and DH5α. Our study also finds that the common biotin-tag modification at 5′ end typically changes the binding capacity significantly. For most of the selected aptamers, the binding capacity after a biotin-tag modification decreases. There exists a discrepancy in the binding capability between the selected aptamer and the aptamer used for detection. Our study also shows that a lower concentration of Mg2+ ions in the binding buffer leads to a decrease in the binding capacity of E17F and E18R, while it does not affect the binding capacity of S1 and EcoR1.  相似文献

‘Orin’ is a popular apple cultivar, which has a yellow-green appearance, pleasant taste, and unique aroma. However, few studies on the fruit quality characteristics of ‘Orin’ apples have been reported before. In this study, changes of the physiological characteristics were measured at different ripening stages, and the soluble sugars and organic acids were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Volatile compounds were identified using the headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). During the fruit ripening, the ‘Orin’ apple fruit weight, size, and total soluble solid were gradually increased by contrast with the titratable acidity, and the firmness decreased. The content of four soluble sugars reached the maximum at the 180 days after full bloom (DAFB) stage. Malic acid was measured as the most abundant organic acid in ‘Orin’ apples. Ethyl butyrate, hexyl propanoate, hexyl acetate and butyl acetate belonging to esters with high odor activity values (OAVs) could be responsible for the typical aroma of ‘Orin’ apples. The aim of this work was to provide information on the flavor characteristics of ‘Orin’ apples and promote this apple cultivar for marketing and processing in the future.  相似文献

碳点(carbon dots,CDs)作为一种具有优良生物相容性、低毒性和表面功能可调的新型碳基纳米材料,在生物传感领域具有极大的应用潜力.本文对碳点的生物效应、发光性质及其发光机理进行了简述,并根据传感机制的不同,将CDs在生物传感领域的应用分为荧光(fluorescence,FL)传感器、电致发光(electrochemiluminescence,ECL)传感器以及化学发光(chemiluminescence,CL)传感器三类进行综述.最后分析了CDs目前在生物传感器领域应用中存在的问题,并对其发展进行了展望.  相似文献

提出了一种基于有限宽超声束反射的固-固界面退化特性评价方法,从理论和数值仿真角度进行了分析和计算。将两固体界面间的薄层简化为界面弹簧模型,以界面法向和切向劲度系数表征界面的退化程度。通过数值计算求得有限宽超声纵波束在不同入射角和界面不同退化程度下的反射横波、反射纵波的镜面反射系数。进一步地,通过建立二维有限元模型,仿真研究了有限宽超声纵波束在给定入射角及界面不同退化程度下镜面反射系数的变化规律。结果表明,反射纵波和反射横波的镜面反射系数随有限宽超声纵波束的入射角及界面劲度系数的改变而变化,且存在镜面反射系数随界面劲度系数单调且敏感变化的入射角,据此可准确评价界面的退化程度。  相似文献

超声相控阵技术是目前聚乙烯管道热熔接头内部缺陷检测的一种主流方法。提出了基于注意力机制的改进Faster-RCNN目标检测网络用于超声相控阵D扫图聚乙烯管接头内部缺陷检测。针对聚乙烯管道热熔接头内部超声相控阵D扫图小缺陷较多、特征信息容易丢失的问题,将残差网络(ResNet50)与特征金字塔网络(FPN)相结合作为骨干网络,并引入卷积注意力模块(CBAM)自适应细化特征。将SSD网络框架和Faster-RCNN网络框架用于模型训练和测试,使用VGG16、ResNet50、ResNet50+FPN、ACBM+ResNet50+FPN作为骨干网络依次对超声相控阵聚乙烯管道热熔对接接头内部缺陷样本进行训练对比。结果表明,改进的Faster-RCNN网络模型在聚乙烯管接头内部缺陷检测和分类方面有明显改进,对小缺陷的检测性能有了显著的提高。  相似文献

现有深海地声参数反演研究通常基于全波场理论,存在计算量大、多值性以及需要准确的水文环境信息等问题。针对这一问题,提出一种基于简正波频散特征的深海低声速沉积层海底参数反演方法。在南海北部大陆坡海域的一次实验中,坐底式水听器(深度约1740 m)接收的沉底弹信号中观察到一种低频成分先到而高频成分后至的到达结构,由被限制在低声速沉积层的简正波组成。通过匹配沉积层简正波60-220 Hz频段内的到达时间差对实验海域的低声速海底参数进行反演,得到沉积层厚度为16.4 m,沉积层声速为1450.5 m/s,与底质采样数据比较吻合,且具有较高的可信度,验证了所提方法的有效性。由于沉积层密度对简正波频散特征的敏感性较差,其反演结果可信度不是很高,需要进一步研究。  相似文献

Graphene has become a research focus in recent years owing to its excellent characteristics, and glass is a commonly used material with high transparency and low cost. Graphene glass combines the excellent properties of both graphene and glass; graphene glass has not only high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, and good surface hydrophobicity but also exhibits superior electrothermal conversion and wide-spectrum high-light-transmittance characteristics. Therefore, the study of graphene glass films is of theoretical value and practical significance. In this study, a high-purity glass-based (JGS1 quartz glass) multilayer graphene film was developed based on an atmospheric-pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD) method, and its electrical characteristics, light transmittance, and electrical heating characteristics were experimentally investigated in detail. The results show that graphene glass with different surface resistance values obtained through direct growth on a high-purity quartz glass substrate using the APCVD method, not only has excellent uniformity and quality, but also has considerably flat and high transmittance across the entire visible light region and exhibits excellent heating performance and fast response time. For graphene glass with a surface resistance of 1500 Ω·sq-1, the light transmittance can reach 74%, and the saturation temperature can rise to 185 ℃ by applying a bias voltage of 40 V. In addition, when the resistance value of the graphene glass is 420 Ω·sq-1, the graphene glass reaches a high saturation temperature of 325 ℃ in 40 s, and the corresponding heating rate can exceed 18 ℃·s-1, achieving a significantly higher heating rate than other heating films at the same voltage. Compared with the polyethylene-terephthalate- (PET-) based and silicon-based graphene films obtained by the transfer, graphene glass has a higher saturation temperature, shorter thermal response time, and faster heating rate. Furthermore, graphene glass exhibits better heating cycle stability and longer-term heating stability at a constant voltage. In addition, an experiment using the graphene glass to thermally tune the wavelength of a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser was conducted and gave good results. The position of the laser peak controlled by the graphene glass was red-shifted by 1.78 nm by applying a voltage of 20 V, and the wavelength tuning efficiency reached 0.059 nm·℃-1. Compared with PET-based and silicon-based graphene films, the actual electrical heating capacity of graphene glass increased by 195%. These experimental findings demonstrate that graphene glass transparent films with excellent electric heating characteristics can be used in various transparent electric heating fields and have relatively wide application prospects.  相似文献
